By using our services you are agreeing to our terms & conditions.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Please care to check back regularly before making a booking.
Booking and Payments
Applies to all purchases with Aroma Thai Massage & Skin Care.
Payments and deposits

Full payment is required before services commence.

Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa, telephone order, or online via Stripe through our booking provider.

A 50% deposit is required to book any service, Aroma Thai Pack, or promotion. The remaining balance is due on arrival.
-
We do not accept 100% deposits over the phone; only 50% card-not-present deposits are accepted.

Card-not-present deposits take up to 7 working days to process.
Bookings and confirmation
-
Bookings are confirmed only after you receive our phone or email confirmation.
-
Bookings made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
-
If you book for two or more people and one or more guests do not attend, the remaining balance for the no-shows will be charged.
Cancellations, rescheduling and lateness
-
Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours: deposit is non-refundable.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be automatically cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Pregnancy and health
-
If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, disclose this at booking

If staff become ill, we may reschedule or cancel for health and safety; deposits will be returned or applied to your next appointment.
Online payments and security

Online payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment details; Stripe handles payment security. For Stripe’s privacy and security details, see: https://stripe.com/au/privacy​
Public Holiday 10% Surcharge​

A 10% public holiday surcharge applies to bookings on recognised Victorian public holidays.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Rescheduling
-
Client cancellations or requests to reschedule must be submitted at least twenty‑four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment or service start time.

If notice of cancellation or rescheduling is provided less than twenty‑four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the deposit shall be forfeited and will not be refunded.
-
Aroma Thai Massage & Skin Care reserves the right to treat a client as a no‑show and retain the deposit where the client fails to attend the appointment without prior notice.
Arrival & Stay
Arrival & Punctuality​

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

If you arrive late, the service will finish at the scheduled end time; the original booking fee still applies.-

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

No-shows forfeit the deposit (non-refundable).
Payments, Deposits & Refunds
-
Deposits secure appointments and are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows.
-
No refunds are issued once a session has started or has been completed.
-
Changing your mind after a session has started or after completion does not qualify for a refund.
-
If the provider cancels, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund, including the deposit.
Health & Disclosure
-
You must disclose any relevant health conditions prior to treatment.
-
We are not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed or concealed medical information.
-
Customers must complete and sign the required customer information form before treatment begins.
Conduct & Prohibited Requests
-
Sexual services are not offered. Any request for sexual services will result in a full charge (100% of the service fee) with no refund.

The provider reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for inappropriate behaviour.
-
Abusive language, inappropriate physical contact, theft, or defamatory accusations may be reported to the police and could result in legal action.
Session End & Room Exit
-
Please vacate the treatment room within 5 minutes of your session ending.
-
If you wish to stop treatment, change therapist, or change the service, notify us within the first 10 minutes; no refunds will be given for unused portions after this period.
Oils, Allergies & Aftercare
-
Inform your therapist of any allergies to essential oils or other substances before treatment.
-
We use high-quality oils, but some skin types may still react.
-
For best results, leave oil on the skin for at least three hours; if you prefer it removed, tell your therapist.
Pressure, Comfort & Health During Treatment
-
Tell your therapist within the first 10 minutes if pressure or technique needs adjusting.
-
Inform your therapist immediately if you experience any discomfort or have health concerns during treatment.
Environment & Personal Items
-
Some rooms have open ceilings; occasional environmental noise may occur.
-
Please turn mobile phones off or set them to silent during treatment.
-
Keep underwear on for the duration of your treatment.
-
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left unattended.
Hygiene
-
Towels and pillowcases are changed after each customer to maintain strict hygiene standards.

Aroma Thai Packs​​
Deposit, Discounts, Cancellations and Rescheduling​
Deposit and Confirmation
-
A non‑refundable deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total booking fee is required to confirm and secure any booking.

A booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received and cleared.
​Promotions and Coupons

The deposit and booking confirmation terms set forth herein cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or coupon.​​​​​
Remedial Massage Service
Appointments

Services are available by appointment only. Appointments must be booked in advance.
Health Fund Claims
-
HICAPS health fund claims are available. Clients must present a valid health fund card at time of payment.
Promotions and Discounts

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, special offer, or discount.

This offer is not redeemable with discount coupons, voucher codes.

Gift Card Redemption
Gift Card is referring to in-store purchases only.​

All Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable.

Gift Cards expire three years from the date of purchase.

The original physical Gift Card must be presented to redeem services.

Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit.

The Gift Card code/number must be provided when making a booking.

The full monetary value of the Gift Card must be used in a single attendance; any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Expired Gift Cards are invalid and will not be accepted for any reason.

If you fail to attend, miss your appointment, or are more than 10 minutes late, the Gift Card will be cancelled and cannot be redeemed.
Gift Voucher Redemption
Gift Voucher is referring to purchases made through electronic or online payment system.

Gift Voucher purchase is non-refundable.

Online Gift Voucher are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Gift Voucher code, Personal ID & Client details must be provided to redeem Gift Voucher.

We will not replace lost or stolen Gift Voucher.

Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

Gift Voucher numbers/codes must be provided when making a booking.

Gift Voucher total monetary value must be used in one attendance. Any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Original email of online eGift Card purchase must be present for redemption.

Expired Gift Voucher cannot be used for any reason.

If you fail to attend, miss your appointment or are late more than 10 min the gift voucher will be cancelled and cannot be redeemed again.
Full Lifetime Membership​​​
Term and conditions​
​The Full Lifetime Membership costs $100 for lifetime membership. When you apply, you will receive 5 coupons valued at $20 each. These coupons must be used within 1 year from the date of purchase.
Each coupon can only be used for one session at a time.

20% off for services and Aroma Thai Packs on your birthday month (promotions not included).

10% off for any purchase of products of Aroma Thai

Free foot spa bath before treatment (please arrive in advance before treatment).

Member card or email must be present before payment and service.

Coupons cannot be combined with the membership discount, you must choose one option per visit.

Membership benefits do not apply to other promotions or discounted packages

Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.

A deposit is required for most bookings, and deposits for missed appointments are non‑refundable.

Bundle sales are not valid with the membership card.

Discounts, coupons, gift cards, or vouchers cannot be used together with the membership card you must choose one option.

Expired coupons, vouchers, or gift cards will not be accepted.

Membership/cards, coupons, and benefits are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Membership benefits are valid only for the named member and cannot be shared or transferred.
